i was thinking 55 gallon or put in 250 gallon and add to numbers need votes on size and amount
1-2 angles 5-7 cherry barb 5-7 corys
and 2 loach dojo or kulhi
2 pictus cats or 1 lace symp cat

For loaches you need at least 5. And dojo loaches are cool water fish and don't do well above low-end tropical temperatures (75 max).
