Community Aquarium

I have a 37 gallon aquarium that is cycling and I have no idea how many fish I should put in once it's ready. Does anyone have suggestions on what fish/how many for a community tank. I love livebearers.

Well for stocking I would do:

7 panda or Pygmy Cories
4 Platies 1m 3f
3 Guppies 1m 2f
A pair of geman blue rams or 1 Dwarf gourami
A school of neon or cardinal tetra

I have a 37 gallon that is 30 inches wide and pretty high. I want to add all livebearers and maybe a school of neon tetra. Would it be okay if I add:
5 guppies
4 mollies
5 platies
3 swordtails
6 neon tetras
