So my skimmer just came in today and my boyfriend was trying to put it together and broke some of the teeth off of it right away :bad-words:

Would it be safe to run to the store and pick up some superglue, to glue the teeth back on so we can get it in the tank tonight?

The tank really needs it ASAP and silicone takes up to 72 hours to dry.

Yup. Super glue is just fine. Its also a good way to attach coral frags to small pieces of rock. The super glue gel works the best.

Super glue gel should be fine for now. I would attempt to contact the manufacture for a replacement part if you can.

well I have already gotten the glue, and done that.

I dont really think there was any way it could have waited another two weeks for the part to come again, we had to make a skimmer for that two week just to break the surface.

Eveything seems to be going fine and it works great!

thank you all for the help with everything and putting up with my large number of topics :)
