Tank cycled???

So I just tested my water and got this.

If I understand correctly, I should re dose my ammonia and then check back at this time tomorrow. If I have the same results then my tank is cycled and I'm ready for fish? Also to bring down my nitrates I just do a simple water change?

Yep, pretty much. Just make it a 99% water change and you should be fine.
