I currently have a 180 gallon going and have two plecos one 4 inch one 14 inch two tiger oscars one is 7-8 inches and one is 5-6 then two jack Dempseys one 2 inch one four inch wondering what would get along good with all of them

Youre are probably fully stocked. That combination isn't ideal anyways. Personally i would remove the larger Pleco, as well as the Jacks, and add in about 4 blue Acara. They sat pretty small. They look amazing. Two Plecos and two Oscars pretty much max out your tanks Bioload. Adding in 2 JDs makes it much worse. If you take out the larger Pleco and the JDs, you can add a few more fish.

Blue Acara, Cons, Severums, FM, and some of the smaller Pike Cichlids (Belly Crawler, White-Spotted...) work.

Again, i would do the smaller Pleco, the 2 Oscars, and 3-4 Blue Acara.

As it is those fish cant live in that tank all together when adults. 4 of those fish get to 14-18 inches or more, and the JDs are big too.

As of now, add nothing.
