now i agree with hukit.... the white rocks in the pictures where "sterilized" the black ones where not.... nor was the sand that i bought from lowes. rinsed yes. and zero ill affects from not cooking them.

Don't cook rocks. It' a waste of time and they run the risk of blowing up.
