Ok I'm a little confused. My live rock has been in two days.
When should I start testing my tank to check the cycle. I read that it will take a couple weeks for the rock to cure. Should I hold off on testing for a couple weeks and then start checking levels??
My tank is seeded with bacteria from my other tank but if the rock has to cure I"m not sure how that will affect speeding up the cycle.

I would not even check for a week. You`ll see ammonia spike first then you`ll see nitrites spike then when they get to 0 then you`ll do a large PWC to take the nitrates down. You might see a little bit faster but you`ll definitely see a cycle.
