CPDs = Celestial Pearl Danios. Look like tiny trout to me. Nice nano fish. Shy, but with plenty of cover and a dark background mine come out to play and eat.

My LFS does not have them. That is why I want neon or cardinal tetras, zebra danios or silver tip tetras, they have all of those in stock.

The ONLY ones that you listed that could be ok in a 10g are Neons. The others are all too large and too active.
You can do 5-6 Neons and add a snail or some Ghost Shrimp. No other fish.
Another common fish are Harlequin Rasboras. A group of them INSTEAD of Neons could work.
AquaAdvisor is not perfect. It is a tool.
