Trigon 350 external filter

Hi all , in need of a bit of advice , I have a African cichlid setup slightly over crowed , it has a standard juwel internal filter in it And thinking of converting to a external filter , what size filter would best suit a my Africans and size of tank 350 litres ? Your advice is most appreciated
