Type of Cichlid

Hope someone can help me. I am trying to figure out what type of african cichlid i just purchased. He is similar to a demasoni, but a much lighter colour.

It could be a female demasoni? Some of my demasoni (the females?) are distinctly lighter than others.

I have small demasoni's in my tank as well. Really dark colour as in my first photo. You are probably right.
