I have just added the beneficial bacteria to my tank and I'm just wondering how long do you think I would have to wait before adding my fish?

Well if it's bacteria from a used filter you can do it right away but if it's chemicals bacteria I've never used it so I don't know but if you have had Ammonia to Nitrite and Nitrite to nitrate you can add fish as well

Technically, you can add fish at any time. If your tank is cycled it's fine, and if it's not cycled, you'll have to keep an eye on parameters and conduct WC's as needed. It's the difference between a fish less and fish in cycle. The only way to know for sure is daily water tests.
