What do you think these are?

Opened my my canopy up to find these little specs jumping aroung the surface of my water. 8O First I thought they were just some bubbles from my CO2 then it seemed that they were "jumping" towards me. Upon closer inspection I found they where little bugs. Small really small and brownish gold in color. Anyone know what they might be? Are they harmful?

sounds like plant aphids, but I never saw them in an aquarium before. Sorry, I just don't know.
