What is my tank cleaning fish?

Hey!
A month back my two goldies died when a disease they had worsened, it seems the fish in the shop I had bought them from had also been afflicted.
Anyway I have one fish (not a goldfish) left, he's a little tank cleaning fish, however I have no idea what he is, he's tear shaped and about two thirds of an inch long. He's brown, very fast and speeds around the sides of the tank showing off his pale white/pink belly. Does anyone have any idea what he might be? I tried to look him up, but it's hard to know where to start....
Any help would be great!
