What is on my Cichlid?

For around three days now, I've noticed this white stuff on my Blodd Red Parrot. She still eats and swims as if it was normal. I've seen the same stuff on my Bumblebee Cichlid months back, but it just went away without causing damage. What is it? And is it anything to worry about? My parameters are all normal, except for the Nitrates being a bit high.
