What is this/algae?

It about a 1/4 of an inch thick mostly on the dark side of my live rock. It is clear and looks like hair algae but very small. My tank is a 125g with 100lbs of live rock. It's the BRS dry rock Which I cured for 3months and cycled to establish BB. Before placing it in this tank. The tank has been up for 3 months. I just finish a moderate diatom bloom. Which has cleared.. I do 14g waterchange every other weekend. I use ro/di for changes and fresh water top off.
My water parameters are stable
My numbers for what I test are
Ph is 8.0
Kh is 9
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate less than 5
Phosphate undetectable with my test
Temp 78
Sg 1.023
I haven't been able to Id it and don't know if it's something to worry about... What is it? Good /bad? How to get rid of it or will it go away on its own. Any help would be awesome

Just looks like new fungus growth. Don't think it will be there long.
