It looks like a Crab but it has like fins on it that seem to filter. It seems these filter arms are put out. He jabs food with them and then puts them in his mouth. I scare it if I move around when hes out.

Could be one of several filter feeding crabs. usually not a problem since they are filter feeders, and they can be fun to watch.
