It looks like 2 blood parrots to me - since they are hybrids, their coloration can change and I have seen them develop black markings.

Like everyone else mostly said, they are blood parrots. They are cichlid hybrids and since they are young they still have alot off black/grey on them. This will usually go away in the first few months of their lives (in the right environment) and some may never really go away.

I have seen a PETCO with parrot and convict hybrids that kinda looked like theese ...is that even possible tho?

Haha good. If your into breeding hybrids they are awesome for genetics. Personally I'm not a fan of most hybrids save your higher end stuff
