What the heck just hatched in my reef tank?

Just noticed these little things attached to the glass and I have no Idea what they are. Also my clowns keep going after them...

copepods! very good to have!

copepods and amphipods. usually there out at night, but sometimes you can see them on the glass like that. There harmless and good for the tank! how long has the tank been established? Do have a refugium?

It's a 14 gal biocube set up for a couple months. Im using bio balls right now with the coralife protein skimmer for the biocube. Have not started a Refugium and not sure if I will or not. I'm new at saltwater.
