Which Bulbs?

I have this fixture (48") currently. It's a 50/50 setup. If you look at this page, these should be the compatible bulbs. I'm kind of confused as to what I should be selecting. It would be (2) of the 22" units, right? Would I want the 6700? 10000? or 6700/10000? I'm kind of confused.

The reason I wanted more lighting was to try some ground cover. Per some other posts, it might be a MAYBE to get some Dwarf Hairgrass going. If not, I will go with some clover.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I did some additional reading and it appears that the 67k/10k bulb combination look better to the eye. Does anyone have a place where I can find pictures of tanks under 67k, 10k, and 67k/10k to compare?
