Okay my friend gave me a Brown Hoplo Catfish the first 2 days he was fine getting to know the other fish and etc. But i woke up to see him barley moving floating by the head.:( Then i practically gave him CPR by pushing on his stomach until the air bubbles where released this fixed the floating but now he hardly moves falls to his side pushed easly around by the other fish, being shoved by the smallest currents and when swims he tends to bump into stuff or flip. Please help.
*(He is breathing normally)
*(Water is perfectly normal PH,Temperature,Chlorine)

Sorry for your loss. I think he had a damaged or diseased swim bladder.

In future, I would not press on a fish that was bloated, it might actually rupture something, but I think this poor fish would not likely have recovered no matter what you did.

Thanks for the reply

I guess somethings just happen...And my friend wasn't very clear how he got the catfish...Probably from the wild :/ So I'm guessing a parasite
