As you guys and gals know im setting up a 125... I want java, star, christmas, and flame moss on the driftwood. Will the algae eater eat it?

yeah cause i know they like algae and pretty much anything i throw in there he will eat... Just dont want to spend alot o money covering a 125 to find out hes munching on it

There is a good chance he will. I have seen many destroy any plant they can get to. Why not find him a home more appropriate for his needs (and massive full size)?

They wont try to eat your plants unless they are starving. Since they are very aggressive with their scavenging in the substrate, your small foreground plants will easily be ripped up. Even if a pleco was eating your moss, it grows at a very rapid rate under most conditions and a pleco will never be able to keep up with that. On top of this, moss will attach to driftwood and will not be pulled off easily.
