a white bulge under the Oscar's mouth

Hello,a couple of days ago I took the Oscar and noticed that he had a white deposit under his mouth. Can anyone help?

Hello, do you think it may be a callous? If its not fuzzy, stringy or a lesion. Oscars like to dig, move deco & rocks. Sometimes they will hit bulkheads or the tank lid. I have one that will dig out sand & fight w/it's reflection. Hope this helps!!!!!
