i do not think it is a peacock!
imo its protomelas similis, a type of apisto or a juvie kyoga flameback. the kyoga is the most likely from my list, im just determined to prove you wrong

I'm still convinced its a peacock jus starting to come into his colors he's a little guy still but I am open to ideas still

i want you to look up protomelas taiwan reef. the albino matches (almost exact!) your female.
and look up protomelas taeneolatus for the 'male'.

there is a seeminly less common but known peacock, the golden hybrid, that looks like this.
the other one still is not identifiable as peacock, i am trying!!

Yes positive it was in a single breed tank when I bought it and marked up as red peacock

I think so yes.These two fish are almost identical.Mine is about 4 inches long
