well my pair of cons eggs hatched about 5 days ago , they are little wigglers and the parents guard them etc , my tank is a little dirty from uneaten food . should I use my Python or let it be I don't want them being sucked up or dying from poor water quality

I would carefully clean up the substrate. The big question is what are you going to do with the fry any way. Cons are a quarter a piece at my lfs.
