Deformed baby maybe?

We had a sunshine peacock female who had a sunshine mate who passed and was left with an o.b peackock, c. Electra, debosi and convict. roughly 20 babies without stripping them. The baby on the top has a different shaped face than all the others. He seems to be okay. Eating and swimming all around. Is he okay just deformed or does he have a disease? Sorry the picture is quite blurry but it's the best I could get.
