How often do you feed your cichlids?

I feed once per day. Usually at night.
Not sure if I should feed twice per day.

How does everyone else feed?

Once per day is adequate. Unless they are fry. They will always beg for food but you can't give in to them. Lol

Pellets Twice a day, 6am and 6pm a few days a week. Sometimes I just feed once a day containing frozen foods at 6pm. I fast them 1 day a week.

I feed once a day too, nls pellets. Once or twice a week I give my peacocks/haps/mbuna, syno cat a veggie disc and my SA/CA guys frozen treat

Frozen food 3 times a week ...combo of pellets and flakes once a day ..I have rainbowfish that eat flakes so my cichlids eat them too.

Yes I do M-F alarm goes off at 5:30. Weekends the kids have me up between 6 and 7
