Has he ever gotten in a fight with any of the other fish? How big is the tank and what other f7sh are also in the tank with him?

I haven't seen any aggression at all. Another small oscar in there with 6 silver dollars and a jack dempsey. The jack is 10 + years old and doesn't bother anything in the tank

It's 125 gallons

Hmm did you buy the oscar like that? Did the white streak occur over night or was it a slow process that it happend?

I got that particular oscar from bluegrass aquatics and it didn't look that healthy when it came but seemed to bounce back. I've noticed small white spots like that once and awhile that would come and go but this is the first time it was really noticeable,

The tank had ich (thanks to bluegrass) a few weeks ago, SD's had it really bad but I treated and It seems to be gone now

How long are you keeping your light on for? I would recommend continuing the dosage of Ich treatment. Also aquarium salt might also work for your Oscar.

Bout 8 hours a day. Have some plants on there. I have been putting in salt regularly and on water changes

Try keeping the light for about 7 hours. Then try API Ich treatment. That should work.
