What kind of lighting do you have? Most corals need more than a stock hood light. (

honestly i don't know but someone i do know is coming soon, and they will be able to say.

You would want a powercompact with 14-20k bulb or T5 14-20k bulbs to do anything interesting or just for bigginers coral (softies and LPS). 50/50's and T8's dont provide enough output and are usually in the wrong spectrum (more white yellow color, which grows algae) IMO
