DSB in nano reef?

Hi I was just curious if there is any benefit on a DSB for a 10g nano reef? If not what would be the best grain size to start my reef with? And how many inches deep is suitable? Thank you!

Don't worry about a DSB in such a small tank, you won't have any room for fish! It is typical to go for 1 lbs per gallon for both rock and sand.
