Green hair algae

What is the best thing to get rid of green hair algae? Please don't say turbo snails. The ones I had/have avoid it.

You can grab a army of emerald crabs or pick it out by hand but its from your phosphates being high.your tests only measure one type of phosphates but not the ones that cause the green hair algae

i have 2 urchins in my tank and they love the stuff
