As with any eggs in a reef tank, your best bet is to get them out of it. A dedicated tank with no predators is best for rearing any babies. Use an air driven sponge filter to avoid sucking them up, maybe culture some copepods, or even rotifers for them. Mind you, I'm 100% guessing as to the specifics here. I have never bred shrimp. But the general principle is the same. Babies are small, easy prey, and need small food.
