Wow if that a rose bubble tip in the picture then the one at my lfs is not a bubble tip does any one on here sell them I would really like to get one but no one in my area seems to be able to get one thank you for the pictures

They don't necessarily have to have bubbles on the tips. Some keep the bubble tips and some have straight tentacles. No one knows why some do this and it's no indication of poor health. You need to post a picture of the anemone at the LFS.

You should definitely look for one through local reefers and clubs. I got my 3 inch in diameter that just split off the mother colony for only $30. It got up to 6ish inches and I now have 3.
