Coral Frenzy

I recently purchased a container of coral frenzy food in an attempt to sprout some growth in my tank, but the feeding instructions on the container are vague. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about using this product?

Its probably like reef brilliance which is what I use. Is it a fine powder? If so just get a small container put some water from your tank in it. Put a small pinch or two into the container give it a quick swirl. Empty the contents into the tank at the point of the highest flow. If you don't want to broadcast it into the whole tank just suck it out of the container of water with a dropper and spot feed

I'd only use it 2 times a week and do a wc the day after the second feeding
