Green Algea ???

Im having an outbreak of green algea all over the sand bed!

What is this stuff, and what can I do to get rid of it?

Prolly a tpe of Cyanobacteria. I had it pretty bad... PO4 was out of whack also during that period... I did massive water changes and brought the PO4 level down. I then was able to siphon off the remains and slowly get rid of it... I still see small outbreaks every now and again, I just siphon them out before they get bad.. I still need to find that source of PO4. Strangely enough, I use RO water, I feed 1 time a day, and not more than is consumed in 3 to 5 min. May need to be using RO/DI, as it gets more of the stuff out of the water...
