How do I protect the feather duster from hungry hermits?
I've had a feather duster in the tank for a month+ now but have had to keep relocating and reburying it because some mischievous dwarf red hermits keep pulling it up to pick at the soft purple sheath. I've tried burying it 1-2" in sand and coral rubble with a small rock on top of it. In about 1-2 weeks it's on the surface again. I even saw the small hermits burrow down to get at the worm, which I'm told is very rare behavior.
