If I add additional Live Rock to my tank, will my cleaner crew (Mithrax, dwarf red hermits & Trochus Snails) just eat anything that grows on that live rock?

Maybe, maybe not. 
Today I'm returning an emerald crab that likes to munch on not only hair algae, but also bitty sponges and coralline algae. (I think I'll stick to snails from now on.) From reading posts, it looks like it's really the luck of the draw with a lot of clean up critters--some individuals are model citizens and others eat anything they can get their claws on.
