Vitamins

Does anyone have a reccomendation for vitamins to enrich my frozen food? Also, how often do you add the vitamins and does this foul up the tank water?

I prefer Selco 3 times weekly for your everyday food mashes and Thiamin-E for predators.

Look at the Good Doctors website online and they have a few good ones there. Also I believe that some pellets come fortified. I use "Reef plus" Concentrated Vitamin and Amino Acid Supplement... Mixed in with Reef chile from Bulkreef.com

I use slecon (a diluted solution of Selco), zoe and garlic guard. I feed about every other day and sometimes even skip to a third day, but I have a small bioload and nothing that requires extra feeding.
