I was asked to maintain an aquarium in a Dr's office and I am not sure what to charge. I haven't seen the tank, but I was told it is a 100gal. There is an over-abundance of algae. The fish are in poor health, most of them have died. I am clueless what to charge. I expect I will visit once a week to get the water conditions stabilized.

I charge $70 per hour with a $20 fee to drive over. I alsoc harge for all the supplies and food you need to provide. I would mark them up at least 30%-40%.

Service is tricky and there are alot of headaches but when it goes well it really is easy money!

Do not warranty the fish at all! You run into some big headaches if you do. You can easily loose a months profit if an exspensive fish dies.

Also get a contract to protect yourself!! If you need a contract to use i can send over over to you.
