20L stock

Ok so i am going to upgrade to a 20 gallon long tank from my 10 and this is what i want in it 1-2 bolivian rams, 1 upside down catfish, 1 otocinclus, 3 albino cories would the tank be over stocked?

Both upside down cats and otocinculus prefer company of their own species. I'd stick to a small group of one or the other, but aside from that the list looks fine.

Yea i new that but i hav the cat and 2 otos but the cat and otos like hanging out with each other in caves so i thought that would be fine i may put both otos in there.
