I was wondering if there is anything that shows how much air you need to keep in the tank for fish? Thanks

As long as you have half-way decent water flow then then there should be plenty of oxygen in the water for your fish.
If you see consistently going for the surface to breath then you know you have a problem.

As to your question, Ive never seen anything that measures the oxygen levels. Im sure something like that is possible, but as they aren't required I doubt most, if any, stores would carry them.

Well we should be good then. We have a really good flow from the filter, a barrel decorations with bubble stone (that is turned down on low), & a bubble wand in the back that we keep around low - medium flow (our daughter likes it the most).
We will keep a look out for them going to the surface alot. Thanks for the advice.:)

You have PLENTY of oxygen exchange. Just look at the surface of the water, if it is moving then you should be alright. With two bubblers you have plenty.
