That's your basic powered intank reactor. You could probably build one for less, although it might not look as nice.
 
It says it would work on a 125 gallon tank do think it would really produce enough co2 for a 100 gallon tank and be reliable?

It actually doesn't produce any CO2, it just dissolves the CO2 in the water. It would still need to be hooked up to CO2 Cylinder & Regulator.
 
HAHA I feel stupid I looked at the picture and thought that it was similar to a diy type product that my LFS sells that you add a pakaged product to, they sell it for a lot more.
