Best air pump available?

Setting up a 20 gallon long tank. I'm going purely internal system with this one, lights filter etc. but the filter doesn't really disturb the water surface so I'm probably gonna use a small air pump and was thinking..

What is the most quiet one out there? Any experiences to share on them?

I doubt it's the best available, but my cheap $10 Fusion air pump is relatively quiet and does a nice job of powering the sponge filter in my 20 high.

So far I've had a tetra whisper and an aqua culture. The Aqua culture is alright, has plenty of power but not too quiet.

The tetra. Oh god. It was way too loud for a tank in a bedroom.
