You can spot treat BBA with Excel or H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) but you need to address the problem that is causing it or it will just keep returning. What type of lights do you have and how long do you run them? Are you sure it's BBA? Can you post a picture? Do you have a planted tank? Do you dose ferts? What is the size of your tank and filtration? Do you use liquid carbon or CO2 if you have a planted tank?
