Black moor goldfish questions

Would it be OK in a 25gal with an Aquaclear 50 HOB? it would be the sole inhabitant of the tank if I do decide to go through with this. And are these naturally occurring fish? Or were they bred to have such large eyes? And if they are naturally occurring fish then why did they evolve such odd/Large eyes?

not natrul selective breed
and yes the tank is fine and so is the filter

As said it will be ok to house a black moor in a 25 gallon tank and the gph flow of your filter should be enough if its cycled. And no they are not natural selection like most goldfish. I dont know specifically why though.
