Damaging silicon seal tank

Hi,

I was cleaning my tank with the scraping tool. I damaged with the silicon seal and now I’m worried about bursting. Please advise!

In that location, the tank should not "burst" but it may develop a leak. The good news is that tanks are usually made with silicone between the 2 pieces of glass with an extra bead of silicone protecting that connection so you probably didn't get into the glass on glass section so if it should develop a leak, it is easily repairable.
