Bubbles coming from rock

Hi all,

I just put this rock in my tank. I found it outside and I soaked it for a few days and tested with vinager and no reaction so I think it is safe for the tank. After adding it I immediately saw theese bubbles coming from it. Going strong for 5 min. Should I take it out or is it just an air pocket?

Just means the rock have some air in a crack or pore. And it escaping. Should stop in a bit

Ok, I removed it but will probably but it in again. Do you think it can be harmful?

No, it just air in the rock getting pushed out as water saturates the rock.

Thanks. I mean about the rock being toxic or something. Like could the rock itself be harmful?

I don't think so. You said you tested it your other tread. So it's good to go.
