Bubbles in tank a result of Aquasafe?

I just did a pwc and noticed quite a few bubbles forming on the surface of the water. I know for a fact that it isn't from cleaning supplies, I am always careful about keeping chemicals away from the tank. I used Aquasafe and FloraPlus, could either of these cause the bubbles?

it is probably the chlorine gassing out, mine does that after a pwc as well... if there is a lot of gases to get rid of, you will see it after adding the dechlorinator.. Mine shows all over the walls and plants, its gone the next day
