Can't net Pygmy catfish to move to bigger tank

They are so fast and won't cooperate. We got one but he's scared.

We don't want to stress them really bad.

Help!?

As I said in the other thread, drain the tank to about an inch of water and remove the decorations. Should be easy to catch then.
