Catching fish

Fish are hard to catch in a net, especially when they hide in or behind plants and decor; but I think bottom feeders are even harder. What tips/tricks do you all have to catching your bottom feeders quickly and easily without removing all your plants and decor for them hide in/behind?

Try sticking a feeding tablet to the glass and see if they come to get it and catch them while they are there

I watched on videos on YouTube of a fish catcher made out of a plastic bottle and put fish in it for bait. I was thinking of using that method as it seems a lot easier than chafing them around with a net and stressing them out.
