An Otto for sure. See the black and white marking, that means it's an otto almost indefinitely.

Okay cool looked similar and Chinese Algae Eater was what was what I thought it was until I was doing some searching to see how stocked my tank is and it said those fish would grow to be nearly a foot long... I had to pick my jaw up off the floor and had to ask to be sure.
